I never took this whilst pregnant but did postpartum. I breastfed between my 3 for years so have decided to take this for an additional year whilst neither pregnant nor breastfeeding to make sure i replenish what I’m sure I’ve lost over the years.
The 8 pills can be a lot but you get used to it. I typically have mine with breakfast. Lots of energy and great quality in the right ratios

I think these are two essential supplements to take in trying to conceive and prenatally. I have had much less symptoms in my first trimester than a lot of pregnant people I've heard from and I definitiley think it is due to proper nutrition supplementation!
